This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal data by the marketing team appointed by Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd. ("the Developer") for Thomson Reserve, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

By submitting your personal data through this website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• Mobile phone number (for WhatsApp and SMS communications)

Your personal data is collected for the following purposes:

• To send you information and updates about Thomson Reserve
• To arrange and confirm showflat preview appointments
• To send you the official price list and floor plans upon their release
• To contact you via WhatsApp (if consent given) with marketing communications
• To contact you via email (if consent given) with newsletters and updates
• To store your registration in our CRM system for follow-up
• For internal analytical purposes to improve our services

4. Disclosure of Data

• The Developer (Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd.) and its authorised agents
• The Developer's appointed marketing team and real estate salespersons

We will not sell your personal data to third parties or disclose it for purposes other than those stated above without your prior consent, except where required by law.

5. WhatsApp Marketing Communications

If you have opted in to receive WhatsApp communications, we will send you Thomson Reserve updates including floor plans, pricing, launch notifications and preview reminders via WhatsApp. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. Opting out will not affect your registration for the preview.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, or as required by law. After the completion of the Thomson Reserve sales exercise, data may be retained for up to 7 years for statutory purposes.

7. Your Rights Under PDPA

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us
• Correct any inaccuracies in your personal data
• Withdraw consent to any or all uses of your personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
